The Niagara County Sheriff's Office has identified the man killed in a one-vehicle crash in Pendleton on Tuesday as Kevin E. Taylor, 61, of the Town of Pendleton.
Deputies say Taylor was traveling north on Campbell Boulevard when he failed to negotiate a curve.
His pickup truck hit the front of a building and continued out the side of the building.
Deputies say Taylor was found deceased in his truck, but it’s unclear if he suffered some medical condition or died as a result of the accident.
A woman was working at the building, but she was in the rear and not injured
The accident remains under investigation and deputies say it's possible Taylor may have suffered a medical emergency prior to crashing.
