A man is dead after crashing his truck into the Lind Funeral Home in Jamestown.

This picture from 106.9 FM's Ryan Hedrick shows the accident, which happened on West 3rd Street around 10:30 a.m. on Monday.

Police say an 83-year-old man was driving west in his pickup truck and collided with an eastbound vehicle just east of Hall Avenue. His truck continued forward, hitting the north side of the funeral home.

Three people inside the funeral home, a 47-year-old man, a 72-year-old man and a 70-year-old woman, were taken to the hospital for treatment of non-life threatening injuries. The 60-year-old driver of the vehicle that was hit by the pickup truck declined treatment.

Police say it appears the 83-year-old driver had a medical issue and passed away as a result of that issue before crashing.

No names of the victims in this case have been released.
