A suspected drunk driver is facing felony charges after crashing into a motorcycle in the City of Tonawanda. Police say 52-year-old John Orlowski was driving drunk on Delaware Street Saturday afternoon when he hit a Harley Davidson motorcycle at the intersection of Syracuse Street.
The driver of the motorcycle, 58-year-old Barry Best was taken to ECMC with broken ribs and a back injury. Orlowski is facing felony DWI charges, because he previously was convicted of a DWI in 2008. Police say he blew a .18 when he was given a breathalyzer test. He's also charged with passing a red light and having unsafe tires.
