A Jamestown man is facing charges after police say he used a non-profit organization's credit card for his personal use.

Joey Weise, 37, is charged with official misconduct and possession of a controlled substance.

According to detectives, Weise used a CODE credit card to make $504 in purchases while working as a maintenance worker. CODE revitalizes vacant properties to make them habitable for low-income families, veterans and the disabled.

Police found a small amount of crystal methamphetamine in Weise's possession when they took him into custody, investigators say.

He is no longer employed by CODE.
