A Lewiston man is charged with raping a minor in Niagara County.
State Police say 19 year old Gerald Lauzau, Jr. had an unlawful sexual relationship with a 13 year old in March of 2017.
Troopers say this happened in an apartment complex on Porter Road in the Town of Niagara.
Lauzau is charged with felony rape.
He's locked up in the Niagara County Jail in lieu of $2,000 bail.
