A Buffalo man has been arrested and charged with second degree murder for a fatal shooting last Friday.
Elroy Damidaux, 55, was struck by gunfire around 8:30 p.m. on the first block of Curry Walk. He died at the scene.
Police arrested 39-year-old Damario Washington Sunday night on a murder charge.
