A Lockport man has been accused of intentionally cutting his neighbor's cable line earlier this month.
New York State troopers, investigating a Lockport resident's complaint that their Time Warner cable line was sliced, arrested Christopher J. Laubacker, 37. He is charged with fourth degree criminal mischief and second degree harassment.
Laubacker was issued a ticket to appear in the Town of Lockport Court in January.
