Police arrested Billy Joe Johnson after he forcibly touched someone in a Batavia department store, investigators say.
It happened on February 14th.
Johnson was arraigned on those charges in Batavia Town Court On February 23rd. He's due back in court on March 14th at 2:30 p.m., according to the Genesee County Sheriff's Office.
