A man was charged with DWI Monday morning after calls to the police station reported a driver "all over the road."

City of Tonawanda Police say Joseph Masich, 69, of North Tonawanda, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. after officers spotted him driving on Fletcher Street near Tonawanda High School. Officers say Masich was weaving and hitting the curb on Fletcher Street with his car.

Police pulled Masich over and say his vehicle was damaged in the front. He was also driving with a front flat tire on the rim.

Officers say Masich told them "I was coming from the casino and was drinking beer."

Police say Masich refused all breath tests and was held for court.

Masich was charged with DWI, driving with unsafe tires and no insurance.
