A man in Elma was arrested Friday night after driving into a house.
Thomas Koseck, 72, was standing near his car when an Erie County sheriff's deputy arrived at the home on Jamison Road, according to Erie County Sheriff Timothy Howard.
According to police, Koseck's blood alcohol content was more than twice the legal limit of 0.08 percent.
Koseck is charged with DWI and taken to the Erie County Medical Center for evaluation.
No one in the house was hurt.
