Buffalo Police say a suspected arson was arrested Saturday night in connection with a fire on Bailey Avenue.
The fire broke out around 5:15 Saturday morning in an apartment building.
Police say 63-year-old Roger Cornell was charged with arson, reckless endangerment and criminal mischief.
According to fire marshals, Cornell used an incendiary device to start the fire.
The Red Cross reports 17 people were displaced from the fire - a family of four, plus 13 other people.
