A Buffalo man is accused of killing a man inside his home last month.
Demario Washington, 39, was arraigned Friday and charged with second degree murder in the shooting death of Elroy Damidaux, 55.
The victim was killed in his home on Curry Walk in Buffalo on January 29th.
Washington faces a maximum prison sentence of 25 years-to-life in state prison if convicted.
