Sheriff's Deputies in Cattaraugus County have arrested a man who they say was driving high when he crashed his car, killing his mother.
30-year-old Andrew Armbuster, of East Otto, is charged with Manslaughter for the January 26th accident at the intersection of Bowen and East Otto-Springville Roads.
Deputies say Armbuster was under the influence of a narcotic, driving at a high rate of speed in slippery conditions and was distracted by his cell phone.
The crash killed his mother, Grace Armbuster.
The case has been waived up to County Court.
