A 50-year-old man from Webster, New York is headed to prison after Hamburg Police caught him last year with methamphetamine.
A judge sentenced Brian Donaldson to 51 months behind bars for conspiracy to posses with intent to distribute five grams or more of methamphetamine.
The Drug Enforcement Administration received a tip regarding the drug trafficking activities of Donaldson and his co-defendant Pablo Ulloa.
In October, 2016, Hamburg Police ran surveillance at a local motel where the two men were staying. Police later pulled over Donaldson and searched his car where they found methamphetamine.
Police then searched the motel room where the two were staying. Police say they found more containers of meth, several phones, drug packaging materials, a scale and pipes.
Ulloa has also been convicted and is scheduled to be sentenced in November.
