A Jamestown man faces drug trafficking charges, after police say they found 100 bags of heroin.
Jamestown searched a home on Forest Avenue Tuesday afternoon. Inside, they say they found 38-year old Cesar L. Soto, along with 100 bags of heroin, suboxone, (which can be used to treat heroin overdose) digital scales, and packaging materials.
Soto is currently in jail awaiting arraignment.
