State police arrested a man for felony DWI, tampering with an interlock device, and several other traffic violations.
Justin A Freeman, 33 of Fillmore was stopped in the Town of Hume for speeding and failure to keep right. While interviewing Freeman the odor of an alcoholic beverage was present.
Freeman failed a field sobriety test.
Due to prior convictions and restriction, Freeman was charged with Felony DWI and circumventing an interlock device.
Freeman is slated to appear in the Town of Hume court March 2017 on all charges.
