After an investigation by the Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office, deputies arrested a Westfield man on criminal sex charges.
Investigators say 51-year-old Elliot Jimenez engaged in sexual acts wih a juvenile victim on various dates and times from 2013 to 2018.
A warrant was then issued for the arrest of Jimenez and deputies arrested him Monday.
