University Police say they have caught the man accused of committing a lewd act in a sauna at U.B. last month.
Police arrested Scott Sciuto Monday in connection with the Public Lewdness incident on October 12th that reportedly happened in the men's sauna at Alumni Arena. Investigators say he committed the act in front of a 14-year-old boy.
Sciuto is a City of Buffalo resident with no affiliation to the University. He is charged with Unlawful Imprisonment, Public Lewdness and Act in a Manner Injurious to a Child less than 17. All three charges are Class A misdemeanors.
