A Town of Newfane man has been arrested for making threats on social media against a Niagara County School, according to the sheriff's office.
Deputies say 24-year-old Joseph Pyc was taken into custody after an investigation into an online threat involving Niagara-Wheatfield High School.
Pyc was charged with criminal solicitation. He was arraigned in Town of Lewiston Court.
Pyc is expected back in court November 30th.
