A 34-year-old man has been arrested for DWI and violating Leandra's law in the Town of Scio.
New York State Troopers say they pulled over Adam Witt for not wearing a seatbelt. They say they noticed a 3-year-old in the car not wearing a seatbelt, either.
Police conducted tests and determined Witt was driving drunk.
He is due back in court later this month.
