A Crash Investigations Unit responded to a crash in the Town of Grand Island Wednesday after a crash caused a gas leak.
Erie County Sheriff's Office says Daivd Adams, 55, was arrested after the crash on Regency Drive around 6:40 p.m.
Deputies say Adams failed field sobriety tests and had a BAC level almost twice the legal limit.
Authorities Adams was charged with DWI, reckless driving, criminal mischief, recklessly causing property damage and multiple vehicle and traffic violations.
Adams was released on tickets to a sober third party.
National Fuel Gas crews repaired the gas leak.
No injuries were reported.
