Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office says a man was arrested Monday night after a drunk driving crash with a child in the car.
Deputies say Adam McCracken, 36, was driving on West Mina Road in the Town of Mina when he crashed.
McCracken was arrested and charged with felony DWI-Leandra's Law for driving under the influence with a child in the car under the age of 16, according to deputies.
Officials say he was also charged with DWI, speeding and unsafe lane changes.
