Man arrested after being found behind fake wall

New York State Police announce the arrest of Terry Burdick, 35 of Friendship and Tracy Robbins, 40 of Friendship on Friday afternoon.

These charges come from a lengthy investigation in the sale of cocaine in Allegany County. 

Police say Burdick was found hiding behind a false wall by Violent Felony Warrant Squad and the U.S. Marshals Joint Fugitive Task Force in a residence on Linwood Avenue, Robbins was also arrested there. 

Burdick is charged with criminal sale and criminal possession of a controlled substance in the third degree.  He was wanted on an outstanding indictment warrant in Allegany County. 

Robbins is charged with obstructing governmental administration in the second degree and endangering the welfare of a child. 

Both subjects are in Allegany County Jail to await further court proceedings.
