A man from Olean pleaded guilty to rape and endangering the welfare of a child.
According to Cattaraugus County District Attorney Lori Pettit Rieman, the defendant, Christopher Gaylor, 31, engaged in sexual intercourse with another person under the age of 15. Gaylor knowingly acted in a way that was harmful to the child's physical, mental or moral welfare.
Sentencing is scheduled for September 26 of this year.
