North Tonawanda Police say 39-year-old Dominick Cruz is in custody after being arrested in Pennsylvania.
Cruz was arrested on an indictment warrant out of Niagara County.
Cruz, a Buffalo native, had been wanted for questioning in a deadly double shooting in a parking lot on Manhattan Street and Tremont in North Tonawanda. The incident happened in January.
Police say Mark Sternin, 25, of North Tonawanda and Tyler Sadauskas, 24, of Middleport got into a fight with three men they did not know. During the fight, Sternin was shot and killed and Sadauskas was injured.
During the search for a suspect authorities went to Speed Global Services in Tonawanda where Cruz was an employee. When detectives went to talk to him, they say he fled, prompting a lockout at two schools.
