The driver accused of crashing into the gate at the Buffalo FBI office Thursday night faced a judge just hours after his early morning arrest.

Wearing one just one shoe, Deandre Lee was arraigned in Buffalo City Court in front of Judge Amy Martoche.
Some of his charges include fleeing an officer and reckless driving. Bail was set at $15,000.
Court officials mentioned Lee has no prior convictions.
Lee was arrested on Chippewa and Franklin early Friday morning after fleeing a crash at the Buffalo FBI office.
He's set to appear in court again on April 5th.
