Genesee County Sheriff's deputies arrested Timothy M. Weinstein, 44, on numerous charges for allegedly assaulting a woman Friday morning.
Weinstein was arrested at an Alleghany Road home in the Town of Darien and faces assault, criminal mischief, and weapon possession charges in relation to the incident.
Deputies say that a woman reported that a dispute between she and Weinstein, the previous evening, escalated to where Weinstein allegedly struck her with a wooden board, causing an arm fracture, and then breaking her two cell phones.
The woman also accused Weinstein of later pushing her from a vehicle in the area of Sumner and Alleghany Roads.
Weinstein was arraigned in Darien Town Court and is currently in the Genesee County Jail on $20,000 cash, $40,000 bond bail and is due back in court next week.
Weinstein also faces charges in relation to growing and possessing a quantity of marijuana at his residence.
