Main Street is getting a makeover thanks to yet another major renovation project set to start come summer.
Proposals for 515 Main were discussed in front of a planning board. The existing three-story building has tenants on the first floor already, with plans to keep development going.
Developer Roger Trettel is planing to re-design the second and third floors for mixed-use purposes, a popular trend in the downtown area.
This make-over is yet comes as yet another face-lift for the busy street, 523 Main was re-done a few years prior.
