Buffalo Police Accident Investigators arrested 24-year-old Kaela Clark and charged her with assault, leaving the scene of an injury accident, and unsafe backing.
She was involved in the hit-and-run incident that happened Saturday afternoon in a parking lot on Main Street.
Investigators reported a 46-year-old man was behind the vehicle, when Clark backed out of the parking lot, struck the man, and fled the scene.
The man has since been listed in fair condition at ECMC.
