Wednesday's luncheon at Chef's in Buffalo was hosted by the Billittier Family to honor Ashton Ross Smith, this year's celebrity child.

Ashton is now six years old but at just six weeks old doctors discovered he had RSV and also suffered from pneumonia.
He was then put on ECMO life support but eventually made a recovery. Ashton now likes to wrestle with his older brother Preston and older sister Danielle.
Ashton was born to parents Alisa and Marion December 18th, 2009.
This year's Variety Kids Telethon will be held on Sunday, March 6th.
