A Lockport woman has created a jewelry line that not only serves as eye candy but also a potential life saving device.
The business, USB-LE Jewelry (pronounced usable), is the brain child of Beth Guilmart. Her products come in an array of products including bracelets, necklaces, and key chains.
Many of the devices are bedazzled with jewels of all colors and all of the devices include a USB flash drive. The flash drives contain a template where uses can fill-out their medical information.
These medical information devices vary in price, but many items are available for under $25.
"It's become a full time, 10-12 hour day," Guilmart tells 7 Eyewitness News.
"But it is now a passion because I know I am helping people. . . every time someone buys one of these we're saving someone's life."
