Lockport is honoring a Crossing Guard for nearly five decades of service.
The Lockport Police Department along with Mayor McCaffrey are saying thanks to Angie D'Onofrio for helping children cross the street. It's a job D'Onofrio has performed for 49 years.
Police say if you see her at the corner of Lincoln and Beattie, beep your horn and let her know that she is appreciated.
