Wyoming County man accused of menacing woman with cinder block

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Wyoming County man is accused of menacing a woman with a cinder block in front of children. 30-year-old Nicholas Longhini of the Village of Wyoming is charged with Second-Degree Menacing, Second-degree Harassment, and Endangering the Welfare of a Child.

State Police responded to a call of a domestic complaint on Ryan Road in the town of Warsaw on May 28th. They say Longhini menaced a woman with a cinder block. Longhini was arrested at the scene. Police did not say if the woman was injured.

An order of protection has been issued to the victims. Longhini will be in court on June 10th.
