(WKBW) — Concert goers eager to purchase Woodstock 50 tickets will have to wait a little longer in order to get their hands on nostalgia.
That's according to Billboard.com. The music entertainment website and Pitchfork report that officials delayed the purchasing of tickets.
Representatives with Woodstock 50 did not give a reason as to why they were delaying ticket sales.
As of this past Friday, organizers lacked a mass gathering permit from New York state.
Tickets for the concert were supposed to go on sale Monday, April 22nd.
The festival is scheduled to take place for three days at Watkins Glen International Speedway.
Bands such as The Killers, Imagine Dragons and rapper Jay-Z are scheduled to perform.
Officials at Woodstock 50 have not released a new ticket sales date.
