BETHANY, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Wyoming County woman is facing charges after police say a child almost drowned and had to be resuscitated over the weekend.
37-year-old Crystal Kiebzak is charged with 2nd degree reckless endangerment. The Genesee County Sheriff's Office says the incident happened on Francis Road in Bethany, New York on Saturday. Very few details were released by police. The age of the child is unknown, and police have not said whether the incident happened in a pool.
Kiebzak was issued an appearance ticket, and will be back in Town of Bethany Court on July 16th.
