BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — New York State Police arrested a Friendship man Saturday after investigating a complaint for a malnourished and neglected dog.
Troopers determined 36-year-old Jacob Ellsworth neglected the dog at a residence on Castle Garden Road.
Ellsworth is charged with Failure to Provide Sustenance. He was arrested and issued an appearance ticket for Friendship Town Court.
