BUFFALO, NY (WKBW) — Ellicottville and Holiday Valley wrapped up Winter Carnival Weekend on Sunday.
Many of the more popular events had to be canceled or held virtually because of COVID-19, but there was still a bit of that Mardi Gras feeling in the village.
This colorful ski boot snow sculpture is one of them.
It's located on Washington Street in front of the 1887 building.
This masterpiece was created by Eric Jones for the Ellicottville Chamber of Commerce.
