BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — With over 7,000 followers and dozens of detailed critiques of Western New York pizzerias, "Sexy Slices, " held the People's Championship Sunday at Hydraulic Hearth to determine the top pizza in Western New York.
Sexy Slices chose 10 of the dozens of pizzas he's reviewed and allowed attendees to vote on what they thought were the best they ate.
The 10 pizzas he chose (in no order) were:
- Bailey Ave Pizza
- Bocce Club Pizza
- Macy's Place
- Grasso's
- Carbone's
- Franco's
- Picasso's
- Favorites
- Mister Pizza
- Lock City Pizza
In the end the people decided:
- Macy's Place
- Picasso's
- Carbone's
Although some may not agree with the end result, one thing we think all can agree on is when it comes to Western New York pizza those who get to it eat are the true champions.
