BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — A white deer which has been spotted at Forest Lawn Cemetery for several years has died.
A spokesperson for the cemetery tells 7 Eyewitness News that the deer was discovered with severe injuries to one of its hind legs, but it is unclear exactly how it happened.
The New York State Department of Environmental Conservation and a wildlife specialist were contacted and it was determined the deer had to be euthanized.
