BUFFALO, N.Y. — A West Seneca man on parole for attempted rape will spend the next decade in prison for possessing child pornography.
Justin Wheeler, 27, was sentenced Friday to 10 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release.
Parole officers found 90 images and 269 videos of child porn on his cellphone during a routine search of his home.
Wheeler was convicted in 2013 of first-degree attempted rape in connection with the sexual abuse of a 12 year-old girl.
