BUFFALO, N.Y (WKBW) — A West Seneca West basketball player's season is officially over, a bit sooner than he hoped.
A judge has denied an injunction that would have let Juston Johnson play for the high school's basketball team this season.
The Public High School Athletic Association argued his six year window for playing high school basketball has expired.
Johnson claimed an injury kept him off the court for one of those years.
Since Johnson began playing in 2012, the judge decided that the 2017-2018 season would be his last.
