WELLSVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — A Wellsville man has been charged with multiple sex crimes, including predatory sexual assault against a child.
Wellsville Police arrested Jeffrey Howell Jr., 27, on that charge, plus rape, criminal sexual act, and sexual abuse.
Howell was arraigned in Wellsville Village Court and ommitted to the Allegany County Jail on $50,000.00 cash bail or $100,000.00 property bond.
He is due back in court on February 19.
