SINCLAIRVILLE, N.Y. (WKBW) — A vehicle which was reported stolen was recovered in Sinclairville, according to New York State Police Troopers.
Authorities say the vehicle was pulled over on Park Street in Sinclairville for a traffic violation, revealing the license plate didn't belong to it and was stolen from a truck stop in Tennessee, after originally being stolen from California.
Troopers in Jamestown say they arrested 28-year-old Dakota Barber of Sinclairville on the following charges:
- Criminal possession of stolen property in the fourth degree
- Criminal possession of stolen property in the fifth degree
Barber was placed under arrest and transported to Chautauqua County Jail.
