LACKAWANNA, N.Y. (WKBW) — Prosecutors say two smoke shops in Lackawanna were busted for selling vaping products to children.
25-year-old Nagi Mohamed of Xpress Smoke Shop on Abbott Road and 20-year-old Hosam Alomari of Fumo Vapes on South Park Avenue are accused of selling vape pens to a minor who did not show any identification.
Both Mohamed and Alomari could spend up to a year in jail if they are convicted.
They are expected to be arraigned in Lackawanna City Court on Wednesday, July 29th at 9 a.m.
