GRAND ISLAND, N.Y. (WKBW) — The United States Border Patrol Chief Deputy Patrol Agent for Buffalo Sector says five Canadians were expelled from U.S. waters in the Niagara River near Grand Island Monday.
"The border remains closed to all non-essential traffic, recreational maritime crossings are not permitted," the chief deputy patrol agent said in a tweet.
