BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo police say two 21-year-old men are hurt following a shooting on Theodore Street just after midnight.
Investigators say the men were shot on Theodore Street near Block Street.
Both men are in stable condition at Erie County Medical Center.
