TOWN OF CHAUTAUQUA, N.Y. (WKBW) — The Chautauqua County Sheriff's Office announced that two men were killed in a crash in the Town of Chautauqua.
The crash occurred just after 3:30 p.m. on Thursday on Route 430.
According to the sheriff's office, the investigation found that 23-year-old Alexander Morelli, of Meadville, PA, was traveling east on Route 430 and crossed over the double solid center line and struck 51-year-old Doug Griffith, of Massena, N.Y., who was traveling west. Morelli and Griffith died at the scene.
