BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Buffalo firefighters battled a two-alarm fire Wednesday morning.
Officials say the two-alarm fire occurred at 158 Good Avenue around 7 a.m., it is believed to have started on the second floor of the multi-family structure.
One occupant of the home and one firefighter were injured and transported to ECMC to be treated. No word was given on the severity of the injuries.
Officials say the damage is estimated at $225,000 which includes the roof that collapsed.
The Red Cross is assisting nine people at this time, the cause of the fire remains under investigation.
