BUFFALO, N.Y. (WKBW) — Two Buffalo firefighters were treated for minor injuries while battling a house fire early Friday morning.
The fire broke out around 5 a.m. at a home on Guilford Street, between Genesee Street and Sycamore Street. The fire was fully extinguished about an hour later.
Firefighters said it caused $60,000 damage, mostly to the porch.
The two firefighters who were hurt were treated on scene. They remained on duty. One suffered heat exhaustion and the other had debris in his or her eye.
