ASHFORD, N.Y. (WKBW) — A 66-year-old Cattaraugus County man has been arrested for insurance fraud and for faking business records.
New York State Police Troopers say Eugene M. Saville of Ashford filed faked paperwork with an insurance company relating to property losses from a fire.
Saville was charged with the following:
- Falsifying Business Records in the First Degree
- Insurance Fraud in the Fourth Degree
He is expected to appear in the Town of Ashford Court some time in January.
